Used Peiner Construction Cranes Modesto

The global leader in the design and manufacture of a wide array of Peiner Grapples and Buckets is SMAG Germany. Our production line is comprised of hydraulic lifting machines, electro-hydraulic motor grabs, mechanical motor grabs, single rope radio control grabs and a range of other types of specialized lifting machines.

Peiner has produced and sold over 75,000 models for the worldwide market. Peiner's unique grabs could handle a wide variety of products and materials like cement, iron ores, coke, fertilizers, refuse and scrap. Our many years of experience in manufacturing high quality products and the overall designing process helps to allow our customers be given the proven technology their various applications demand.

SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for more than 12 years within the US market place. Various businesses like for example Scrap Handling, Steel Mills, Waste to Energy, Bulk Transfer Facilities and numerous other material handling facilities are presently utilizing our buckets and grabs to get their tasks done.

Peiner's design philosophy has continually revolved around the idea of producing grabs that deal with the largest volume instead of grab dead weight. Typically, the grab and bucket lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight vs. 40 percent grab dead weight. This translates into moving greater quantities of materials quicker. There is less wear and tear on the crane structure and its related parts. By combining innovative design and high quality materials with manufacturing, the desirable weight ratio is attained.

To be able to meet the specific requirements of our customer's individual requirements, grab sizes vary from less than 1 cubic yard to more than fifty cubic yards. Additionally, Peiner USA Inc. offers a complete service facility and spare parts facility for the models sold within the United States, along with the addition of brand new grabs and buckets.
